I have used this medical practice for over 40 years, and have never had any cause for complaint. The doctors and staff are always very friendly and will very often go out of their way to help. I have seen quite a number of doctors in this practice over the years, who have served and retired, passing the practice on to their partners, and they have all acted with the highest professional standard. There is no doubt that I trust them with my health at all times. Keep up the good work.

I have always been satisfied with the care I have received from the Drs and the practise nurse. There is only one Dr I would not see again because they did not listen to me at all, I came away vowing never to see that Dr again ever. I am really dissatisfied about the I am treated regarding flu jabs, I never receive a letter and always have to phone up asking for an appointment. I am always made to feel its my fault and get given an appointment 4 weeks away. Still have not had the flu jab has I was taken ill when eventually the day arrived. I cancelled the appointment but I am dreading having to phone again for another appointment.

Although the decor and waiting facilities are dated, the service and staff are excellent and that is what is important. When I've required an appointment or even a home visit it's been made on the day.All the doctors I've seen really listen and discuss treatment and don't offer unnecessary prescriptions just to get rid of you. Sometimes patients are not seen at exactly their appointed time but I don't feel this is an issue as they take time to listen and support their patients. I have told the Clinical Commissioning Group how good this surgery is and am glad to be registered there. Keep up the excellent work!
